How2 Telecom took time to understand the business challenges and issues faced by Swift Business Solutions. Their existing communication platform was highly inflexible and cumbersome to re-configure and their 3rd party voice mail system was proving costly and complex to maintain.
With most customers placing orders over the telephone they needed to establish a formal inbound and outbound contact centre to accommodate their proactive and reactive internal sales strategy. and as an ambitious organisation, they wanted to ensure that any new solution that they adopted would be scalable and future-proof.
Swift Business Solutions chose How2 Telecom’s Avaya IP Office solution on ISDN 30 to replace their old Toshiba system and DASS lines.

A key benefit of the new solution is Avaya’s Phone Manager application that provides employees with the ability to interact easily and quickly with the phones functionalisty via their desktop. Users can see the features and capabilities of the Avaya IP Office at their workstation which enables them to set up and hold conference calls, control standard telephony features, manage speed dials and review call history. The Avaya Phone Manager provides effective call handling, enhanced productivity and increased customer satisfaction.
