Brownlow School - Melton Mowbray

Brownlow Secondary School had an old telephony switch for which maintenance was becoming increasingly more expensive. The school also needed to find a way of answering calls without having to recruit a full time receptionist.

How2 Telecom provided a cost effective Siemens HiPath 3350 with auto attendant and voice mail which reduced traffic through reception. The solution also provided key staff with voicemail which reduced the need for the receptionist to locate teachers to give them messages.

Centric Solutions – Guildford

Centric Solutions is a growing focussed on customer satisfaction, that needed a telephony solution that would allow it to handle customer enquiries efficiently and effectively.

Their old analogue system meant they were losing calls and with no voicemail on the system they could lose business. New contracts with organisations such as PC World meant that they needed to be able to greet callers with the name of the relevant organisation.

How2 Telecom provide Centric Solutions with a new Siemens HiPath with CLI (Caller Line Identity) which allowed them to identify the relevant organisation that the caller wanted to contact and allowed them to answer the phone with a tailored response. How2 Telecom provided an 0800 number giving national callers a freephone number to call in on and helped the organisation to improve the level of customer service.
