Contracts
Please note that only contracts for the sale of goods or services via our websites may be concluded on our behalf by
e-mail. Contracts for the supply of goods or services formed through our websites or as a result of visits made by you are
governed by our terms and conditions of supply.

therefore be liable to be compromised. This is an inherent risk in relation to e-mail.

This does not affect our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, nor our liability for
fraudulent misrepresentation, nor any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
